The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial resilience on micro, small and medium enterprise performance in Chiang Mai during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, the mixed-method research model was separated into two approaches: 1) typological analysis; and 2) confirmatory factor analysis, and regression analysis. Data were collected through interviews with 5 restaurant operators and 250 MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) restaurant operators in Chiang Mai through questionnaires. Confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results indicated that entrepreneurial resilience has 6 components, namely hardiness, resourcefulness, optimism, social connection, innovation and creativity, ethics, and empathy. There is a significantly positive effect between entrepreneurial resilience and financial and non-financial performance. Social connection, ethics, and empathy affect financial performance. Resourcefulness, social connection, innovation and creativity, ethics, and empathy affect non-financial performance. However, there is a significantly negative effect between optimism and financial performance.
