This research aims to study 1. To strengthen communities through community management methods to bring about understanding and integration of agricultural resources, nature conservation, culture and development of integrated agricultural tourism. 2. To develop a means of communication and tourism marketing by focusing on participation in community personnel to develop potential and brainstorm / solve community problems, including strengthening the community through cooperation between local communities, government agencies, private sectors and educational institutions. 3. To study financial management in the form of integrated organic tourism business to strengthen the community's financial strength. 4. Create new agricultural tourism routes of Mae Chedi District, Wiang Pa Pao Subdistrict, Chiang Rai. In-depth interview, focus group and questionnaires were used to collect information from the target group in Tambon Mae Chedi Chiang Rai. 300 entrepreneurs who representing each village and 400 tourists were collected data.
The results of the study according to objectives 1) Strengthening the communities through the community management method where representatives from each village participated in the community management to bring understanding and be able to integrate agricultural resources, nature conservation and the potential resource of the village along with doing a strength and weakness analysis including the current opportunities and obstacles by the research team and the leadership group surveyed the area together in each village. The results show natural resources and agricultural resources available in Mae Chedi Sub-district, which can be integrated to create new tourist destinations and activities to attract tourists. For the objective 2 the development of integrated agricultural tourism destinations, it was found that most participants agreed that the development of agricultural tourism attractions should be beautiful, and more interesting the participants commented on the marketing mix for product such as; attractions, activities, amenities, pricing, channels, physical evidence in the process of purchasing, and People were at a high level. In the part of objective 3, financial management to strengthen the financial community, financial management of farmers and entrepreneurs were in moderate to high average as well as financial planning section. Lastly, objective 4 to create a new agricultural tourism route and agrotourism Activities, a day trip, half day can be done. For example, a return trip, overnight on the mountainand join the activities to do coffee training, mountain tea or vegetable growing activities and harvest various crops such as edamame.
