This research aims to 1) develop a system of golden dried longan production management with digital network, 2) analyze digital marketing for golden dried longan products, 3) create a decision support system for selecting enterprises and relevant organizations into agro- processing industrial cluster of golden dried longan, 4) integrate the systems of production and marketing of golden dried longan community enterprises with information technology, and 5) transfer the knowledge and the outputs from the researches to the target group to be able to make practical use. The samples are selected from 50 entrepreneurs and stakeholders involved in golden dried longan industry in Chiang Mai and Lamphun provinces by using the purposive sampling method.
The results from academic talks with golden dried longan community enterprises and stakeholders, as well as, the synthesis from production data, marketing data, industrial cluster data and information technology obtained from sub-research projects under this research program lead to the development of a golden dried longan production management system using digital network, the promotion of digital marketing for golden dried longan products, the development of a decision support system for the selection of enterprises and related organizations into the golden dried longan agro-processing industry cluster, and the integration of production and marketing systems of golden dried longan community enterprises using information technology, which are created in the form of package software and website that can be actually used by entrepreneurs and stakeholders. In addition, the knowledge and the outputs from this research are transferred to the target group through the creation of multimedia, which increases the opportunity to access knowledge quickly and efficiently.
