This study is mainly about the Digital Marketing of Golden Dried Longan. The aims of this study are (1) to analyze both physical and digital marketing of Golden Dried Longan, (2) to anticipate the trend of demand for Golden Dried Longan in both of physical market and digital market in the future, (3) to propose the marketing strategy in the era of digital for Golden Dried Longan, lastly, (4) to propose the support system of digital marketing for Golden Dried Longan. Data used in this study were behavior and cognition of Chinese consumers, export quantity of Golden Dried Longan, and data via social media by using the qualitative data analysis, ARIMA model model and Scraping data technique. The study found that the samples knew the dried longan and had eaten since they were in China. Most of them have tasted both dried longan with shell and dried longan without shell (Golden Dried Longan). The proportion of samples who bought by oneself are not difference from who received from others. 20 percent used to order dried longan online in their country, however, more than 60 percent of the sample will be order dried longan online from Thailand in the future. The analysis of ARIMA model present that there is a stable trend in the demand for Dried Longan in physical market while increasingly in the proportion of trade in digital market particularly after the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. In 2024, digital market size should be approximately 50 percent of the physical market. The appropriate platforms for online marketing in Thailand are Facebook and other Ecommerce such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon. The most appropriate platform for international trade online is Alibaba. According to online dried longan company in domestic market, Asian market and other market. Thailand is considered a fair amount of use and be able to compete by being the second market follower after China. Word Cloud Analysis reveals customer feedback in both domestic and foreign markets that online consumers pay attention on top 3 factors influencing consumers purchasing including quality, price, and delivery speed.
