The objective of this research is to study the rice processing of the organic rice farmers in Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province. The participants in the data collection were the rice farmers, housewives, the elderly and the youth. There were 60 participants in the data collection. The researcher used the following instruments in collecting the qualitative and quantitative data, including purposive sampling, group interviews, and accidental sampling The results showed that farmers were good at rice production but lack of knowledge in rice processing and online sales. The housewives and the elderly specialized in processing but lack of knowledge in rice production and online sales. The youth specialize in online sales but lack of knowledge in rice production and processing. It is suggested that the parents be the rice producers and the children be the sellers. Grandparents are processors. The products sold in the market must be exotic, unique, tasty and can be used for real purposes. The rice products that are too general and can be found easily do not attract the buyers.
