The research aims to study the achievement of learning outcomes for the Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration program, revised in 2018 and 2023, offered by the Faculty of Business Administration at Maejo University. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire to survey program learning outcomes (PLOs) from a total of 14 stakeholders, including 1 graduate, 5 current students, and 8 instructors. The research findings revealed that the achievement levels of the program learning outcomes for the 2018 revised curriculum showed the highest average levels for PLO1, PLO2, PLO3, PLO4, PLO5, PLO6, and PLO8, except for PLO7, which showed a high level. The year learning outcomes for the first year, second year, and third year also showed the highest levels. Moreover, the achievement levels of the learning outcomes for the 2023 revised curriculum showed the highest average levels for PLO1, PLO2, PLO4, PLO5, PLO6, and PLO7, with the year learning outcomes for the first year also showing the highest level. In addition, The recommendations from interviews with 5 key informants were as follows: 1) The curriculum should be adjusted to avoid an excessive number of courses. 2) Time management for teaching should ensure the completion of courses within the specified time frame. 3) Guest lecturers and experts should be invited. 4) Students should be guided on how to conduct research on highquality academic papers. 5) Students should be encouraged to plan for the publication of their research. 6) Clear plans should be set for each course. 7) Financial support for tuition fees should be provided to students.
