The purpose of this research is to study level of entrepreneurs' participation in gastronomy tourism management: a case study of Tai Kiam Market, Lamae District, Chumphon Province. This research was a qualitative research. Data were collected using in-depth interviews from 15 entrepreneurs. The results showed that the entrepreneurs participate in gastronomy tourism management with induced participation, and the level of participation of entrepreneurs can be categorized into 3 categories: exchanging opinions, cooperating, and sharing benefits. According to the results, all stakeholders are aware of the current participation situation as well as guidelines for managing Tai Kiam Market in the future.
