การใช้เทคนิคเหมืองข้อมูลในการพยากรณ์ปริมาณผลผลิตลำไยรายแปลง

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอตัวแบบการพยากรณ์ปริมาณผลผลิตลำไยโดยใช้เทคนิคเหมืองข้อมูล โดยใช้ข้อมูลการผลิตลำไยในฤดูกาลปกติของเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตลำไยในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดลำพูน และจังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 215 แปลง และเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพตัวแบบการพยากรณ์ด้วยการจำแนกข้อมูลประกอบด้วยเทคนิคต้นไม้ตัดสินใจใช้อัลกอริทึม J48 Hoeffding Tree LMT Randdom Tree และ REP Tree เทคนิคกฎ ใช้อัลกอริทึม JRip เทคนิคฟังก์ชันใช้อัลกอริทึมMultilayer Perceptron และกฎความสัมพันธ์ด้วยอัลกอริทึม Apriori การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ ตัวแบบพบว่า อัลกอริทึม Multilayer Perceptron มีประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์มากที่สุด และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อปริมาณผลผลิตคือเดือนที่ใส่สารกระตุ้นการออกดอก และชนิดของสารกระตุ้นการออกดอก

This research presents a longan yield forecast model using data mining techniques using longan production data of longan farmers in Chiang Mai. Lamphun and Phayao Province, 215 cases and compare the performance of forecast models with data classification consists of techniques Tree algorithm J48, Hoeffding Tree, LMT, Randdom Tree and REP Tree. Rule technique using JRip algorithm, function technique using Multilayer Perceptron algorithm and correlation rule with Apriori algorithm. Model performance testing revealed that the Multilayer Perceptron algorithm was the most effective.
