This research aims to investigate, compare, and analyze suggestions impacting working performance factors of staffs and government officers in the municipal area of Lamae District, Chumphon Province. This research is Quantitative research which its data comes from Subdistrict Administration Organization of Lamae, SuanTaeng, Thungluang and Thung Kha Wat. 116 participants of staffs and government officers are selected as a population and sample under simple random sampling method, which questionnaires are used as a research tool. The research statistic consists of the distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. At the same time, T-test and One-way ANOVA are used to examine statistical mean by determining the statistical significance level at .05. According to the study, the majority of participants are: female (61 %), aged between 31-40 years old (63 %), married (49 %), bachelor's degree (48 %), government official (48 %), and earned 15,001-20,000 baht (38 %). The results show that the factors impacting working performance of staffs and government officers are mostly in high level (??? = 3.89), respectively considering an aspect of interpersonal relation, welfare, facility in operation, commander, and advancement in work. In terms of comparison of individual suggestion, age, educational level, working position and monthly income are not significantly difference at level .05, on the other hand, sex and status are significantly different at level .05. The staffs and government officers require an improvement of facilities, proper consideration for promotion, and additional medical welfare.
