The research shows the expectation levels to compare the factors that effect to the expectation and the suggestion of Palm tree’s farmer. The support from the government’s policy, this research emphasized to the quantitative from the specific areas such as Tungluang, Lamae, Chumporn. This research included 9 villages. The population in this case study is the representative of Palm tree’s farmer that live in that area. The number of the representative is approximately 250 persons.
