The purpose of this study was to study Learning Outcomes (PLO) at the graduate level. Master of Business Administration Program according to the needs of stakeholders and to find guidelines for teaching and learning to be appropriate for the graduate level Master of Business Administration Program There are three study steps as follows: Step 1 Study the needs of the stakeholders. An interview tool to collect information on needs and information that will be used in the development of the MBA program. The population used were current students and alumni, totaling 10 people. The data were analyzed by inductive summary based on the issues the interviewees answered. and presented in an essay format. Step 2 Analysis and synthesis of the needs of the stakeholders. From the tools used as structured interviews based on the 3 identified issues, Issue 1, Interview on Learning Outcomes, Issue 2 Research interview, issue 3, interview on knowledge and skills used in the work (hard skills) and skills used in human interaction. Mainly related to social and emotional (Soft Skills) data were analyzed by inductive summary based on the issues the interviewees answered the questions, and presented in the form of an essay, Step 3: Summarizing, Discussing Results and Suggesting Stakeholders' Needs According to the Issues by inductive summary and presented in an essay format
The results showed that The needs of the stakeholders in all three issues, namely, issue 1, learning outcomes. It was found that the need for learning outcomes where stakeholders provide entrepreneurial and innovation needs from educating to developing learners to have the competencies and skills they need in the future. and able to produce quality research and innovation for academic and commercial benefits. It was found that research needs that stakeholders need to learn Strategic Research and Analysis to have theoretical knowledge and understanding. The ability to choose research methods and demonstrate competence in action and presentation. The third issue is hard skills and human interaction skills. Mainly related to social and emotional (Soft Skills) It was found that the real needs of the stakeholders leading to the defining characteristics of graduates who wished (Graduate Attribute) consisted of attributes, knowledge, and skills which learners would develop during their course of study. Desirable characteristics can be defined in 2 groups: 1. Desirable characteristics of graduates in the field (Subject Specifics) and 2. Desirable characteristics of graduates with other related skills (Generic Skills).
