Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, Striped snakehead fish (Channa striata) and Sepat siam (Trichogaster pectoralis) were cultured in recirculating aquaponic system in the two earth pond(1000 m2 and one ditch 2.0x1.5x30 m., a total period of 5 months. Three type culture were carried out in different area. the Nile tilapia fish were raised at density 5 fish/ m2with Striped snakehead fish , Sepat siam and any vegetables . Striped snakehead fish were raised in 3x3 m2 cage at 30 individuals/m3with Sepat siam 5 individuals/m3. the Nile tilapia fish were raised at density 5 fish/ m2 . By the end of experiment, the growth performance of fish in Farm 1,2,3 were shown. The average weight of tilapia were 199.34+6.23, 201.82+5.81 and 210.76+7.08 gram, respectively. The average weight of Striped snakehead fish were 198.53+15.06, 195.94+14.84 and 209.94+15.42 gram, respectively. The average weight of Sepat siam were 96.34+6.23, 98.82+5.81 and 97.76+7.08 0.78?0.32 gram, respectively. The water quality (the temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrite , nitrate and phosphorus all treatments were suitable for fish rearing. The findings about suitable fish stocking density for recirculating aquaponic system in pond and ditch will be promoted to farmers, students, entrepreneurs or anyone who are interested in commercially raising fish in recirculating system.
