Young Smart Farmers (YSF) commit to being social entrepreneurs who serve the profit to empower the society. The crucial mission is to fortify their communities. The objectives of this research are 1) to study the intentions of young farmers to become social entrepreneurs and 2) to study social business innovative models for young farmers operating businesses in eight provinces in upper Northern. The qualitative method employed semi-structured interviews to interview the key informants, who are young farmers with experience in entrepreneurial activities for society over five years. A purposive sampling method was used to select eight sample groups. Data analysis conducted the content analysis and presented in a narrative process. The result shows that social entrepreneurs intend to solve social issues with their business operations. Solving social problems is a goal in business operations for establishing a social business innovation model; in addition, social entrepreneurs incorporate various technologies into their operations and establish networks to exchange knowledge and innovations to add economic and social value together, which affects the development towards creating Social Business Innovative Model for Sustainability.
