The objective of this study was to study employment status and learning achievement of graduates, major in finance bachelor of business administration program faculty of business administration, maejo university. This research is quantitative research. The quantitative research method used to collect data by questionnaires. The research is divided into 2 parts: 1) Studying the employment situation of 38 graduates. 2) Studying the achievement of learning outcomes from 34 fourth-year students who are about to graduate. Using descriptive statistical analysis which consists of frequency, percentage, and mean.
The results of the study in terms of the employment of graduates found that most graduates were employed, accounting for 94.74 percent. The characteristics of the organizations that graduates worked with the most were Thai organizations within the country and in the private sector. which have graduates who get jobs in accordance with the field of study they graduated from Representing 50.00 percent and working in most accounting positions. Most of them have a waiting period for work (the time from graduation to getting a job) in the range of 1 - 3 months, and most of them have been working for 1 - 6 months. Receive a salary of less than 15,000 baht and graduates have studied at a higher level, accounting for 5.26 percent. Additional factors that affect getting a job Most graduates consider English to be an important factor. Followed by competence in computers and information systems, licenses or professional licenses, Chinese language, other special abilities and other languages.
The results of the study in terms of the learning achievement of graduates found that graduates have learning achievement based on Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) for 2017 and 2022 at the highest level. The results of the study, the satisfaction of the graduates with knowledge and competence in finance. It was found that graduates who were satisfied at a high level.
