In the condition that consumers are aware of the safety of food consumption but the organic vegetable market has not expanded very much. An alternative to marketing campaigns is to encourage the availability of more organic vegetable-base menus. However, attitude towards organic vegetables and general vegetable affects consumer’s menu choices. Therefore, this research was conducted to test the difference in the taste between of organic menus and general menus. To fine the demographics of target market and to use the different in taste to motivate the market target to buy organic vegetable menus. The results find that the market target should be the female, 50 years old and more, earning 20,000 bath per month and more. Education is at the master level. Research has shown that the organic vegetables taste different from conventional vegetables.
