This exploratory research was used focus group method and interview technique to collect data from 10 target group of farmers’ entrepreneurs in Huai Yab community, Ban Thi district. Entrepreneurial theory and the concept of creating added value from horse manure were used as the basic idea in research.
This research focuses on the characteristics of the target audience, horse manure analysis, creating added value from horse manure, various environmental factors to analyze the business. The results show that the initial value-added from horse manure waste should be value-added by composting high quality organic horse manure and mixing potting soil from horse manure for distribution in the area to local farmers and middlemen before adding other forms of added value to more specific target customers.
