This study aims to study the current situation of how to manage the network of rice growers within large agricultural groups, and analyze the causal relationship factors affecting the management of the farmer's network. The intention is to propose methods of strengthening the management of the network of farmers and related agencies. This study will analyze the causal relationship factors affecting the management of the network of rice growers and the rice farming system. The Item Objective Congruence (IOC) considers the consistency of the question as a 3-level assessment measure, the analysis of data and statistics used in the research, the statistical hypothesis inferred when testing the confirmatory factor analysis and the analysis of the structural equation modeling (SEM). Federal and local government agencies have provided significant support for this research. The result of the causal relationship factors impact management in 5 primary areas arediscussed in this paper. The results of research in Chiang Rai province also found 18 variables that affect the management strength of the farmer's network and are consistent with the empirical data at an acceptable level. This paper discusses the statistical results which strengthened the group of farmers as follows: X2 = 262.80, df = 133, p-value = 0.0000 Relative X2 = 1.97, GFI = .94, AGFI = .92 RMR = .017 SRMR = 0.28, RMSEA = .046, P value of Test of close Fit = .79 F = 0.99, IFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, CN = 30.25. Research found that leadership factors had a positive direct impact on management of technology and communications, with an influence coefficient of .56 and .75, respectively. The influence coefficient of .26 positively affects the indirect effect through management, where the influence coefficient is .06. At a statistically significant .34-influence coefficient of .05, phayao province found that empirical data was favorable to an acceptable level. The statistical results were as follows: X2 = 271.70, df = 134, p-value = 0.0000 Relative X2 = 1.95, GFI = .93, AGFI = .92 RMR = .016 SRMR = 0.25, RMSEA = .045, P value of Test of close Fit = .79 F = 0.99, IFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, CN = 30.15. Research found that leadership factors had a positive direct impact on management of technology and communications, with an influence coefficient of .98 and .75, respectively. The influence coefficient of .27 positively affects the indirect effect through management, where the influence coefficient is .06. The research suggests that the findings should support the creation of a cognition of various skills for leaders, as leaders must be the ones who have the potential to lead the agricultural group and the farmer's network for effective management to exist.
