The aim of this study was physical and chemical change for un-growth of the stigma of “E-Daw” (Dimocarpus longan Lour) in winter. Ten longan trees were selected from a longan orchard at Division of Pomology SanSai district, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. The experiment was following a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments were as follows: E-Daw and Puangthong to the study was phenological and abnormal of the stigmas. The longan trees to induced flowering by Potassium chlorate (KClO3) on November and flowering on mid-December were low temperature. Before blooming of pistillate were lowes 15 OC temperature. When high temperature more 15 OC, as a result to flower of ‘E-Daw’ had abnormal increasing to 92 percent and Puangthong 12 percent at significantly difference. As the style of pistillate had abnormal to 84 percent of ‘E-Daw’ while the 8 percent of Puangthong were significantly difference. The pistillate size of “E-Daw” flower had the bigger than Puangthong at 0.72 and 0.40 centimeters, respectively. However, the width and length of the tip stigmas of pistillate flower of ‘E-Daw’ more than Puangthong were significantly difference. Zinc and Boron in pistllate flower of ‘E-Daw’ were 19 and 6.19 ppm respectively, and the Puangthong had Znce and Boron were 12 and 5.60 ppm respectively.
