The situation of food demand tends to be higher, leading farmers to adapt and develop new innovation with less space, high-yield and environmentally friendly farming systems. The aims of this research program were to undertake researches related to innovative aquaculture and suitable technology that can meet the needs in the northern area especially, a closed system that is a land base aquaculture that uses precision technology that controls precision. The results of this research could build a body of knowledge in ; 1) enhancing production capacity, farm development using smart aquaculture on the IoT system, 2) development of suitable oxygenation and water circulation system, 3) ammonia reduction management in closed water recirculating system, 4) application of apaya peel and pineapple peel to increase yield of sea bass and catfish, 5) development of hybrid catfish production based using chromosomal induction, 6) fish yield increase by bio-balancing in the biofloc system, 7) development of waste reduction methods in the fish ponds by aquaponics, 8) Quality improvement of aquatic Productivity by reducing of muddy odors biofloc by controlling of C: N ratio and 9) increasing the production potential of Spirogyra algae with a closed water recirculation system using precision farming technology. These knowledge had been published both in national and international level. Four petty patents had been proposed and this program could create new researchers both undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, this program could assist the farmers over the part of Thailand. Therefore, this research program has successfully undertaken in researches related to innovative aquaculture and suitable technology that can meet the farmers needs.
