The butterfly pea extracts were performed using ultrasonic assisted extraction and osmotic
dehydration, studied the percentage yield and biological activities. The butterfly pea extract
obtained from the ratio of butterfly pea to honey at 1:1 w/v using osmotic dehydration gave the
highest percentage yield of 7.55?0.03, the antioxidant activity at 31.78?0.12 mg Trolox
equivalents/g of dry weight and the total phenolic content at 34.90?1.12 mg gallic acid
equivalents/g of dry weight, respectively. This butterfly pea extract was used to prepare the eye
serum and the supplementary herbal product. The eye serum was characterized the physical and
chemical properties, tested by volunteers and designed package. Moreover, the new supplementary
herbal product was evaluated the acute oral toxicity and found that the herbal product was safety.
