Phytochemical synthesis in San Pa Tong glutinous rice seedling was encheanced by 20, 40, 60, 80
and 100 mg/L proline solution. Rice seedling (7, 9, 12 and 15 days old) extraction was subjected to total
phenolic analysis and antioxidation activities were determined by DPPH, ABTS, HRSA and FRAP assays.
The effective proline concentration 100 mg/L solution was indicated by showing the highest total phenolic
content with 19.18 mg/ g FW in 12 days old seedling extraction. In addition, the extracts from 7 days old
seedling and 12 days old seedling treated with100 mg/L proline solution showed the highest of 8.48%
DPPH scavenging and HRSA scavenging with the value of 13.55 mg trolox/ g FW, respectively. The
highest ABTS assay value was found in 15 days old seedling from 80 mg/L proline solution with 129.67
mg trolox/ g FW. There were no significantly different antioxidant capacities on FRAP assays among
seedling treatments. The chlorophyll content was highest in the extract of 12 days old seedling treated
with 60 mg/L proline solution with the value of 25.74 ?g/g FW. The antioxidation activity stability were
conducted by repeat antioxidation assays in the same sampleduring storage for 6 months. The result
showed that all antioxidantion capacity assays was decrease during the period.
