This research aims to investigate the needs of stakeholders in the International Business Administration and Entrepreneurship program, focusing on key factors influencing curriculum development and enhancement to align with current labor market demands and higher education trends. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with selected stakeholders, including students, high school learners, entrepreneurs, and faculty members, along with a review of relevant documents to provide policy recommendations.
The findings indicate that stakeholders emphasize the importance of curriculum development that responds to global labor market trends, particularly in enhancing English proficiency, fostering entrepreneurship skills, and promoting experiential learning. Additionally, stakeholders highlight the need for a more flexible curriculum structure and the integration of digital technology into the learning process.
The study suggests that the curriculum should be further internationalized by strengthening collaborations with foreign educational institutions, enhancing faculty readiness for international program instruction, and establishing exchange or internship programs with global organizations. These improvements will enhance the competitiveness of graduates in the global labor market.
