On Friday, October 20, 2566, at 9:00 AM, Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden, the President of Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in the Philippines, along with his entourage, visited Associate Professor Dr. Weerapon Thongma, the President of Maejo University, to discuss academic collaboration. They were warmly welcomed by Maejo University executives. Additionally, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed to formalize academic cooperation between the two universities.

Furthermore, Professor Dr. Edgar A. Orden and his delegation visited and inspected the new agricultural research fields of the Office of Agricultural Research and Extension guided by Associate Professor Dr. Aphinun Suvarnaraksha, the director. They also visited the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources' learning center, where Associate Professor Dr. Arnuparp Wankanapol, an alumni of CLSU and a faculty member of the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, welcomed them and provided a tour. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Aphinun Suvarnaraksha, as the director of the Aquatic Animal Breeding Learning Center in the Northern Region, presented books and research posters as souvenirs to the visitors.
