The National Innovation Agency (NIA), in collaboration with Maejo University, organized a showcase of achievements from 42 agricultural biotechnology technology consultants from 18 universities nationwide. They also presented 5 AgBioTech Startup business models to elevate the agricultural sector and drive the transformation of Thai universities. The event featured Mr. Tanarak Phongphetra, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, and Ms. Natthinee Sae-Ho, CEO and Founder of Thrive Venture Builder Co., Ltd, providing advice and recommendations for improving business models to meet user needs and expand businesses further.

This activity is part of the AgBioTech Incubation 2023, a research and development initiative for agricultural startups that utilize biotechnology in the initial phase of their businesses. The project is led by Associate Professor Dr. Natthapong Ruangnapakul, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, and the project is headed by the Special Project Manager of the Maejo Innovation and Food Innovation Zone.
