This research aims to: (1) study demographic factors, motivation factors, hygiene factors, and Working
Efficiency; and (2) study the influence of demographic factors, motivation factors, and hygiene factors on the
Working Efficiency of administrative officers under the Office of the Prosecutor Region 5. This study is
quantitative research. Data were collected from a sample of 250 respondents using a 5-point Likert scale
questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, difference tests,
and multiple regression analysis.
The findings indicated that most respondents were female, aged 41–50 years, held a bachelor’s degree,
earned a monthly income between 25,001 and 35,000 baht, worked as General Administration Officers, and
had 6–10 years of work experience. Demographic factors showed no statistically significant differences in
Working Efficiency. Overall, motivation factors, hygiene factors, and working efficiency were rated at a very high
level, reflecting effective performance in terms of quality, quantity, time, cost, and work achievement.
Hypothesis testing revealed that the motivational factors significantly influencing working efficiency were
achievement and job characteristics. For hygiene factors, welfare and compensation had a statistically significant
influence on performance. Other factors—including career advancement, recognition, personal growth,
interpersonal relationships, job security, and administrative policy—did not show a statistically significant effect
