การจัดการการเงินเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางการเงินของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการการเงิน ศึกษาความเข้มแข็งทางการเงิน ของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านรายได้ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ให้ความสำคัญสูงที่สุดกับประเด็นการจัดสรรรายได้ให้เหมาะสมและเพียงพอกับค่าใช้จ่าย และให้ความสำคัญกับการมีรายได้จากการลงทุนในทรัพย์สินต่าง ๆในระดับต่ำที่สุด ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ให้ความสำคัญสูงที่สุดกับประเด็นการลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น ด้านการลงทุน พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ให้ความสำคัญสูงที่สุดกับประเด็นการศึกษาความสามารถของตนเองในการลงทุน ก่อนการลงทุน ด้านหนี้สิน พบว่า ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ให้ความสำคัญสูงที่สุดกับประเด็นการมีความระมัดระวังในการที่จะไม่สร้างภาระหนี้ที่เกินความจำเป็น ทางด้านความเข้มแข็งทางการเงินของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ประเด็นที่ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ให้ความสำคัญสูงที่สุด คือ การใช้จ่ายฟุ่มเฟือยที่ลดลง

The purpose of this research was to study financial management. study financial strength and to study the relationship between financial management and financial strength of teachers and educational personnel in Chiang Mai Province.

The results of the research revealed that in terms of income, teachers and educational personnel in Chiang Mai Give the highest priority to the issue of allocation of income appropriately and sufficient to cover expenses. and focus on earning income from investments in different assets at the lowest level. In terms of expenses, it was found that teachers and educational personnel in Chiang Mai Emphasis was given on the issue of reducing unnecessary expenses. In terms of investment, it was found that teachers and educational personnel in Chiang Mai Give the highest priority to the issue of studying one's own ability to invest before investing. In terms of debt, it was found that teachers and educational personnel in Chiang Mai Prioritizes the issue of being careful not to create excessive debt loads. On the financial strength of teachers and educational personnel In Chiang Mai, the overall level is at a low level. Issues that teachers and educational personnel In Chiang Mai, the highest priority is the reduction in luxury spending.
