This research aims to achieve the following objectives to Solving poverty problems of
smart farmers in the upper northern region based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
Conducted collaboration research with Subdistrict Administrative Organizations via a
speculative random sampling approach, covering provinces such as Chiang Mai, Lamphun,
Lampang, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, and Phitsanulok. That involved 27
subdistricts and a total of 312 farmers aiming to enhance the self-sufficiency economy of
smart farmers through a digital platform Mobile Application on their own mobile devices. We
conducted statistical analysis and reported the results using descriptive statistics, including
mean values and percentages. Subsequently, carried out a data return session for farmers and
relevant authorities used in the improvement planning of farmers' well-being. That process
involved conducting focus group discussions and expert analysis with the participation of 10
relevant organizations.
The research results to achieve a comprehensive sustainable economic development
through the SEPAction Digital Platform, could elevate the potential of farmers from not being
eligible to be eligible for smart farmers by 169 individuals. It enhanced the potential of
farmers from being eligible to be knowledgeable by 118 individuals and developed them into
accessible farmers, totaling 4 individuals. Overall, it was found that farmers in the upper
northern region of 9 provinces in the northern part of Thailand had increased their potential
by 31.29% and 3) to uplift the livelihood of smart farmers in the upper northern region by the
economic, social/community dimensions, along with upgrading the sufficiency economy level
in order to have a measurable and tangible impact on solving poverty problems. To truly
