This project aims to develop MJU Market, a centralized
platform for secondhand product trading within Maejo
University. The system was designed to address problems of
unreliability and lack of organization in informal trading
channels such as Facebook and LINE groups. The website was
developed using the WordPress framework integrated with
WooCommerce to enable secure product management,
member registration, email-based authentication, and a
reliable communication channel. The website design followed
the User-Centered Design (UCD) principle to enhance usability
and employed Trust Design concepts to strengthen buyer–
seller confidence.
The evaluation involved 20 students from the Faculty of
Business Administration as the sample group. Data were
collected through questionnaires and behavioral observation
during system usage. The findings revealed an overall user
satisfaction level of 4.45out of 5.00, indicating a “high” level
of satisfaction, particularly regarding security, clarity of product
information, and ease of product searching. The results
demonstrate that the MJU Market website effectively meets
user needs while promoting sustainable consumption through
the reuse of goods and supporting the Circular Economy
concept
