This research aims to develop a chatbot on the LINE
platform to provide cooperative education placement
recommendations for students of the Faculty of
Business Administration, Maejo University. The system
integrates Supabase for database management and
Make.com for automated workflow connections. The
chatbot is designed to support interactive
conversations in Thai and retrieve data from the
database to suggest establishments that align with each
student’s field of study and interests. The
development process followed a research and
development (R&D) methodology, encompassing data
collection, requirements analysis, system design,
implementation, and user testing with a sample group
of 40 students. The evaluation results indicated that
user satisfaction toward the system was at a “high”
level. The system effectively reduced the time required
to search for cooperative education establishments.
