The objectives of this research were studying the achievement of learning outcomes and requirement of stakeholders for the Ph.D. Business Administration at Maejo University on the performances of graduates of the years 2022. The Data was collected by using two tools which were questionnaires and in-depth-interview. The research results showed the first, from the questionnaire found stakeholders 23 people were 13 females and 10 males, and found learning outcomes achievement from 98.52 percent of employers, 93.33 percent of third year students and more than third years students, 91.11 percent of alumni, 90.28 percent of first year students, 85.19 percent of second year students, 82.4 percent of lecturers, respectively. The second, the requirement's stakeholder analysis of from interviews with 10 key informants, it was found that required (1) teaching basic subjects and adding techniques for searching documents (2) adding advanced statistics and econometrics subjects (3) adding more knowledge about modern science of management and marketing (4) organizing extra activities or projects to develop education of curriculum.
